Ahhh... Doodling or as my 4th grade teacher liked to call it "Daydreaming"
Guess I have been doing that (Doodling) since I could pick up a pencil, crayon, marker, mom's eyeliner, etc. Wherever there was an appropriate drawing surface you could almost always find me doodling on it. No better way to get those drawing muscles loose and limber. Get them creative juices flowing. And a great way to clear the mind of creative remnants to make way for bigger and better inspirations.
I guess that's why most of my school notebooks were filled with drawings rather than say, Algebraic Expressions and Polynomials or Trigonometric Functions (my favorite). Where I should have been focusing on the integrated study of the social sciences and humanities to promote civic competence, I was drawing cute little Panda Bears to get the attention of the girl in the 3rd seat, 2nd row. When I should have been jotting down the caloric findings of a Planter's Peanut, I instead drew Mr. Peanut being incinerated and reduced to a pile of ash.
But who didn't do stuff like that, right?
RIGHT?!?
